Studio Blanc House Rules
We strictly follow these house rules so please read carefully and keep these in mind during your shoot.

Regular booking hours are from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. A surcharge of ₱2,000 per hour applies for bookings between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Downpayment is non-refundable.

Furniture including the sofa, coffee table, mirrors, and refrigerator must remain in their original positions.

A maximum of 18 people are allowed inside the studio at any time.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the premises. Violators will be asked to leave.

Vases in the studio may not be used as props for photoshoots.

Clients must keep Studio Blanc clean and orderly. Place all trash in the bags provided by our staff. Our studio staff will dispose of the trash bags in the basement receptacles.

Rental of add-on items incurs additional charges. Clients are responsible for any damage to rented items during their booking period.

All furniture, equipment, and backgrounds must be handled with care. Clients will be held liable for any damage or stains that occur during their booking period.

All bookings require a minimum of four hours.

Clients receive 30 minutes each for setup and cleanup. These periods do not count toward your booked hours.

Each additional background incurs a charge of ₱1,000.

Food must be kept on designated tables only. No eating, preparing, or placing food on the couch.

Well-behaved pets are allowed inside the studio

Clients may use the provided Bluetooth speakers. However, loud music, excessive noise, or disorderly behavior that disturbs neighboring offices or other people is prohibited.

Dangerous, flammable, or explosive materials are strictly prohibited in and around the premises, as they pose fire and safety risks.

Clients must follow all house rules and ensure their family members, guests, and other visitors do the same. Clients are fully responsible for the behavior of everyone they bring to the studio.

Parking slots are available around the One Roxas Square complex on a first-come, first-served basis.

Two CCTV cameras monitor the studio for security.
